Without scape! Woman is imprisoned in a car after a crash in Culiacán, Sinaloa

Culiacán.- Culiacán.- One woman was pressed in a unit and suffered serious injuries due to the acar accident occurred at dawn this Monday on Boulevard Manuel Estrada and Filiberto Quintero Street in the Guadalupe Victoria neighborhood, in the capital of Sinaloa.

The accident occurred around 11:30 p.m. when the car in which the woman was traveling, a Toyota Yaris car, was hit by a gray GMC Sierra pickup, which was traveling from north to south along the aforementioned Boulevard. The impacted car was dragged for four blocks before being stopped by a car.

Firefighters came to the site to open the compacted unit, while Red Cross paramedics arrived to offer pre-hospital care and transfer the injured to the IMSS hospital in Culiacan.

The woman who was seriously injured was identified as Mireida, approximately 30 years old, who lived in the Buenos Aires neighborhood. She died moments later, despite the hard work of the first responders.

For his part, the driver of the truck left the place on his own and left his unit abandoned.
