The Sonora Civil Protection Coordination has issued an alert through its social networks to recommend the inhabitants to take extreme precautions and not cross swollen streams and rivers, as a storm continues in most of the territory, with main rainfall in the south of the state.

For its part, Conagua mentioned that very strong punctual rains are expected that could generate landslides and floods in northwestern, western, southern and southeastern states of Mexico, with intense punctual rains in areas of Chiapas.
