Viva Aerobus and Volaris lead recovery of Mexican airlines after pandemic

Mexico.- The Mexican airlines that have registered a faster recovery from the Covid-19 pandemic are Viva Aerobus and Volaris, according to what was announced by the rating agency True.

On the contrary, he explained that because the company Aeromexico It focuses on international flights, which are restricted as a result of the health regulations that some countries have adopted as a result of the health contingency in relation to foreign visitors, its recovery has been less optimistic, although favorable.

For last July of this year, the most recent data published by the Federal Civil Aviation Agency (AFAC), Viva Aerobus, Volaris and Grupo Aeroméxico present a total recovery when reporting 170.5%, 130.9% and 110.8% operation, respectively, on February-2020, the last month before the health emergency.
