Three kill with firearm at home in Ixtapaluca, Edomex

Three men were killed with a firearm in a home located in Cerrada Azalea corner Gladiola, El Molino neighborhood, in the municipality of Ixtapaluca, Mexico state.

They were located by the victims’ brother, a policeman from that municipality on Tuesday morning, according to police reports.

Immediately, emergency bodies were called who confirmed the death of the three.

Later, Expert Services arrived who ordered the removal of the body.

Police arrested in Tlalne for stealing cell phones from store

A municipal police officer was arrested for his alleged responsibility in the robbery of an Elektra store, in Santa Cecilia, where, together with two other men, they smashed the windows of windows to steal 70 cell phones, according to authorities of the Attorney General of Justice mexiquense.

Marco Antonio, 42 years old, who worked as a municipal policeman in Tlalnepantla, was detained by Investigative Police of the Mexican Prosecutor’s Office and transferred to the Barrientos prison, where a judge will determine his responsibility in the robbery with violence carried out at a department store, however, he must be considered innocent until a sentence is handed down, FGJEM authorities pointed out.

On the afternoon of March 30, three subjects entered an Elektra store located on Avenida Santa Cecilia, in the neighborhood The Pure, in the municipality of Tlalnepantla, where they would have threatened one of the employees with a firearm to commit a robbery, official sources from the Prosecutor’s Office reported.

The thieves broke a showcase with a mallet from where they would have stolen 70 cell phones of different makes and models; then they boarded a Suzuki-brand truck, type Grand Vitara, in which they fled, according to data from the investigation.

The store employees asked for the support of the police and when they reported they reported that some of the equipment had a GPS tracker, so Investigative Police of the Mexican Prosecutor’s Office carried out a mobilization through several roads that culminated in Uxmal Street, in the neighborhood. Buenavista, Second Section, in the municipality of Tultitl├ín.

In that place, Jorge Nazaret “N” was arrested and part of the stolen merchandise was recovered. This subject was presented before the Agent of the Public Ministry, who later referred him to a Judge, an authority that linked him to the process.

In the cabinet and field investigation carried out by FGJEM agents, Marco Antonio was identified as a probable participant in these events, therefore the Public Ministry provided the necessary evidence for a judge to issue an arrest warrant against him.
