They gain protection! 16 children will be vaccinated against covid-19 in Oaxaca

Oaxaca de Juárez.- 16 minors will be vaccinated against Covid-19 this Friday at the Hospital Militar de Santa María Ixcotel, in the capital of Oaxaca, by the Ministry of Welfare, after winning an appeal.

The legal representatives and guardians of the 16 minors presented a document that guarantees the inoculation so that the federal agency complies with the suspension of the plan, provisional or definitive, despite the fact that it is not yet established in the National Vaccination Policy against the coronavirus SARS-CoV-2.

“In order to comply with such determinations of the jurisdictional bodies, efforts will be made to program cases of minors aged six to six, in order to take advantage of the roads in this strategy,” he stressed.

The same document guarantees the application of the second dose of the Pfizer / BioNTech vaccine after 21 to 42 days after the application of the first dose.

The parents of the minors must present at the vaccination center the certificate issued by the Oaxaca Health Services (medical certificate), which establishes that the minors have an ideal state of health to be vaccinated against the coronavirus.
