The Mazatlán TIF trail receives certification from the Food Safety Service

Sinaloa.- The Municipal trail from Mazatlán received Federal Inspection Type certificate (TIF) for next five years, assured the administrator Luis Omar Flores.

This certification is granted by the National Service, Safety and Quality, after verifying that the regulations are complied with.

The TIF certificate is a guarantee that the quality meat produced there can be sold in local stores, in other entities and even outside the country, indicated the municipal president, Luis Guillermo Benítez Torres.

El Rastro municipal, is located in El Vainillo and was inaugurated in March 2020 with an investment of 95 million pesos.

It has the capacity to serve 3,000 producers in southern Sinaloa. With livestock breeding and fattening services, and a slaughter capacity of 60 bovines and 120 pigs for each work shift.
