The art of science: Universum will reopen on September 25 with exhibition from Italy

The first opening from March 2020 at the Universum will be the exhibition “Italy: art and science”, which will remain open to the public until the December 12th.

The leader of the National University stressed that the creation of the Universum Museum was done with the aim of awakening scientific vocations and interest in science in its visitors, who are sought to motivate them to revalue science and correlate it with different human expressions , like art.

Meanwhile, Ambassador Luigi De Chiara highlighted the work that institutions such as UNAM carry out to intensify the dissemination of knowledge: “that they prepare new generations for a much more active citizenship, which is essential to fight against the challenges of our time. “.

“Italy: the art of science” explores the values, the economic-productive impact and the opportunities of the Italian way of doing science, highlighting the contribution of a community of women scientists, leaders in all areas of knowledge.

The exhibition is a journey between the science of the past and that of the present, with a perspective towards the future and addresses issues of the environment, aerospace research, food, cultural heritage and health, through the relationship between Italian science and art, beauty and reason.
