Mexico.- On Saturday, September 11, Layda Sansores San Roman, elected governor of the state of Campeche, attended, together with the national leader of the Morena party, Mario Delgado Carrillo placeholder image, to the Electoral Tribunal of the Federal Judicial Power (TEPJF) to present its arguments on the June 6 election in which it was the winner.
This after the Superior Chamber of the TEPJF ordered last August to recount all the electoral packages of the election to the governor of the entity after the party Citizen movement and his former candidate, Eliseo Fernandez, argued that the difference between the votes obtained by the first and second place was less than the annulled votes.
Through your official account Twitter, Sansores San Román announced that he had appeared at the pleadings hearing convened by the presiding magistrate of the TEPJF, Reyes Rodríguez Mondragon.
In this sense, the former mayor of Álvaro Obregón, Mexico City, expressed her gratitude to Rodríguez Mondragón for having listened to the proposals about what happened on June 6.
On Friday, September 10, the project of the senior magistrate Janine Otálora in which she proposes to validate the election of Campeche and, with it, ratify the triumph of Layda Sansores, although it also contemplates the annulment of 21 boxes, which mainly subtract votes from alliances Morena-PT and PRI-PAN-PRD.

For his part, in his social networks, Mario Delgado also expressed his gratitude to Reyes Rodríguez Mondragón, at the same time that he was confident that the highest Mexican electoral authority would confirm Layda Sansores as the elected governor of Campeche and, with it, “the will of the people to change will be respected“.
