Culiacán.- This Wednesday, July 6, the father Julio César Vizcarra Monárrez was appointed new rector of the Cathedral of Culiacán, Sinaloaby the Bishop of the Diocese of the capital, Jonás Guerrero Corona.

Julio César Vizcarra, 41 years old, was born in BadiraguatoSinaloa and grew up in Guamúchil.
Between his professional preparation he has five years of study in Navarra, Spain; two in Italy and others in Mexico.
Within his career in the Catholic Church he has served in Culiacán, Topolobampo, Los Mochis and other latitudes.
The arrival of Julio César Vizcarra at the Cathedral of Culiacán took place after confirming the death of Obed Francisco Valenzuela Leal, who held that position.
