Accompanied by the elected governor of Sinaloa Rubén Rocha Moya, the governor of Sinaloa Quirino Ordaz Coppel and the director of Conagua Germán Martínez, AMLO carried out a supervision in the Picachos dam.

During the supervision of the Picachos Dam and the works of the irrigation system, President Andrés Manuel López Obradr indicated that the construction of an aqueduct that will supply water to Mazatlán and irrigation canals is scheduled.

“We have the commitment to determine an irrigation district with this water, and we are going to bring water, I have the commitment to make an aqueduct to the Municipality of Concordia and I was also talking about the possibility of producing electricity with this water,” explained AMLO.
