Mazatlan. Strong winds accompanied by rain were present in Mazatlan this Sunday night, after a very hot day.

In addition, from 0:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. heavy rains with electric shocks, possible hail fall and winds of 50 kilometers per hour are forecast in the vicinity of Escuinapa, Rosario, Concordia, Mazatlán and San Ignacio, highlights the System National Meteorological Office of Conagua.

This Monday afternoon rains of 25 to 50 millimeters are expected in Sinaloa, especially in the afternoon, points out the National Meteorological System (SMN).

But, it is worth mentioning that hot temperatures are also expected, from 35 to 40 degrees.

The SMN points out that at this time of night on Sunday and early on Monday, there are areas of electrical discharges in the southern Sinaloa and much of Nayarit, so it is recommended to take shelter.
