Guasave adds 18 new cases and two people killed by Covid-19

Sinaloa.- In the last report issued by the Health Secretary In Sinaloa, it was reported that 18 new cases were confirmed in Guasave, thus reaching 156 active patients and remaining as the second municipality with the most active cases, only below Ahome with 248.

It was also indicated that on the platform managed by the Secretariat, two more deaths were registered in Guasave; The case is a 27-year-old woman, who lost her life on September 8 at the IMSS facilities and whose immunosuppression is specified, and another woman, also deceased on the same day and in the same hospital, but 42 years old and who suffered from asthma.

With these deaths, Guasave already adds 862 deaths because of the virus since the pandemic began.

As for suspected cases, of the 586 that have been detected throughout the state, 146 are in Guasave, a figure that has not decreased for weeks, despite the confirmations that are given on a daily basis, which, according to Health authorities, indicates that the disease is still latent.
