Sinaloa.- Yesterday four people who were held in the Aguaruto prison, in the city of Culiacán, for property crimes committed without violence were left in Liberty, explained the Secretary of Public Security of the State of Sinaloa, Cristobal Castañeda Camarillo.

The head of the SSP explained that they are people over 45 years of age, in a state of vulnerability, all of them residents of Culiacán.

They were released thanks to the Amnesty Law, but there are still 11 people to be released, said Castañeda Camarillo, which will be in the next few days. In Sinaloa, 15 inmates will benefit from this law.

Regarding the Aguaruto prison, Castañeda Camarillo says that it must already be built again because it has deficiencies in the wiring among other details. In addition, it is not suitable to house federal inmates, but this has not been taken into account by the judges.
