Coronavirus Sinaloa: latest news today, September 14, about Covid-19

Sinaloa.- The city of Culiacán continues to suffer the onslaught of the covid-19 pandemic, and in the last five days it has not only registered 84 more deaths, but instead has not seen a single patient recover in that period.

The Ministry of Health in its daily report, yesterday confirmed the registration of 92 new cases of contagion, being Ahome, currently the epicenter of the pandemic, who presented the highest number with 26, followed by Guasave with 18. The rest of the municipalities with less than 10: El Fuerte (8), Sinaloa (7), Elota and Salvador Alvarado (6), Angostura (5), Choix and Culiacán (4), Mazatlán and Cosalá (3), and Escuinapa (2).

In the last 24 hours, 23 deaths were registered, of which 16 were from Culiacán, three from Mazatlán, and two from Ahome and Guasave. Of the latest victims of covid-19, 15 are male and eight female, aged between 27 and 90 years.

On the issue of those recovered, Sinaloa added 69, with Ahome presenting 35, Guasave (14), Sinaloa (6), Elota (4), Cosalá and Navolato (3), Badiraguato and Angostura (2).

The cold numbers

The pandemic so far, in the history, totals 70,155 confirmed cases, of which 60,967 have been recovered, and there are currently 890 active, and unfortunately 8,298 patients yielded to the onslaught of the virus.
