Sinaloa.- Given the rains that were presented during the early hours of this Monday and it is predicted that they will continue the rest of the day, the Ministry of Public Education and Culture (Sepyc) of Sinaloa announced that it isface-to-face classes are pending in the municipalities of Navolato and Culiacan.
“On the recommendation of Civil Protection, given the rain forecasts for today, we must announce that face-to-face activities are suspended in the municipalities of Culiacán and Navolato for today,” the brief statement read posted through social media.
For its part, the rains have been felt since the first hours of this day in the southern part of Sinaloa and according to the forecasts they will also cover the state capital and Navolato, so it is recommended to take precautions.

Although the rains have not yet wreaked havoc in the two municipalities in question, an attempt is made to protect minors from possible accidents due to floods that the rains could cause.
